盛美諾總部位于北京，生產(chǎn)基地位于安徽淮北，擁有年產(chǎn)生物活性肽6000噸、非變性II型膠原蛋白100噸的高度自動(dòng)化生物活性肽生產(chǎn)基地，并通過ISO9001，HACCP，BRC，MSC，HALAL等認(rèn)證以及美國FDA和歐盟EFDA注冊。盛美諾聯(lián)合中國科學(xué)院過程工程研究所、安徽省淮北市相山區(qū)人民政府在安徽淮北生產(chǎn)基地成立了生物活性肽健康研究院。目前已經(jīng)擁有魚膠原蛋白肽、SEMFLEX-II?非變性II型膠原蛋白、萃爾美?III型膠原蛋白肽、菩精?低聚肽、SEMPEP-II?軟骨肽、牡蠣肽、彈性蛋白肽、膠原三肽、牛膠原蛋白肽、SEMPEP?液體膠原蛋白肽等系列生物活性肽產(chǎn)品。2023年獲得中國商業(yè)聯(lián)合會(huì)科技技術(shù)一等獎(jiǎng)。

SEMNL, headquartered in Beijing, is committed to the R&D, production and sales of bioactive peptide with biotechnology at the core. It is a high-tech enterprise recognized by the municipality of Beijing and the state, and has set up three major marketing and service centers in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. SEMNL lands the Bioactive Peptide Health Research Institute in cooperation with the Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), and the bioactive-peptide production base at the foot of Fenghuang Mountain in Huaibei, Anhui Province. So far, its product portfolio includes collagen peptide, SEMFLEX-II? undenatured type II collagen, type III collagen peptide, PGXR? oligopeptide, SEMPEP-II?hydrolyzed type II collagen, oyster extract, elastin peptide, collagen tripeptide and so on.
SEMNL has applied for nearly 100 patents, and is granted 50 of them; presided over a number of provincial and ministerial-level research projects and the formulation of a number of group standards; published more than 30 research papers, including several on SCI and EI. In particular, based on the joint evaluation of bioactive peptide e?cacy we conducted with Peking University School of Public Health, the book On Fish Collagen Peptides Nutrition was prepared. SEMNL won the first prize of Science and Technology from China General chamber of commerce in 2023.
SEMNL’s production base has highly automated production lines for bioactive peptides with annual output of 6000 tons and 100 tons of undenatured type II collagen, which has obtained ISO 9001, HACCP, MSC, HALAL and BRC certi?cations and registered in FDA and EFDA. SEMNL is managed in strict accordance with the quality control system, ensuring product safety and quality consistency.
